Manager of IT (Hands-On Technical SME CRM, ERP, Analytics) Introduction: GavinHeath is partnering with a client in Denver, CO, looking to add a Manager of IT (Hands-On Technical SME CRM, ERP, Analytics) to their team. The role is a Full-Time position. • Responsibilities: • Administer, configure, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Business Central (ERP) systems. • Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics systems to eliminate third-party vendor dependency. • Lead stabilization and documentation efforts for IT workflows across CRM, ERP, and Analytics platforms. • Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement technical solutions that mitigate risks and enhance scalability. • Collaborate cross-functionally with executive, sales, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless technology integration. • Operate with high autonomy, solving critical business and technical challenges without requiring constant oversight. • Teach and delegate repeatable solutions to internal team members after stabilization efforts are complete. • Support and promote a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and proactive problem-solving. Qualifications: Required: • 5+ years of hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI (dashboard development, data visualization, report optimization). • Strong experience administering and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Business Central (ERP). • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystems, including experience with GCC environments. • Familiarity with APIs, Azure environments, and cloud integrations. • Demonstrated ability to document workflows and create scalable IT solutions. • Highly autonomous, resourceful, and execution-driven with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. • Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to federal contract requirements). Preferred: • Familiarity with federal IT compliance standards such as CMMC or ITAR. • Power BI certification (e.g., PL-300). • Experience working in defense, federal, or highly regulated environments.
