About the Company A key responsibility of this position will be managing the integration between Business Central and Dynamics 365 CRM to support a large, geographically dispersed sales organization operating brick and mortar stores nationwide. About the Role The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and finance operations, extensive experience with Business Central/NAV in multi-site, multi-company environments, and a proven track record in ERP implementation, integration, operation, and optimization. Responsibilities • Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across existing and newly acquired branches. • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external Microsoft Dynamics partners to manage project deliverables, customization requirements, and timelines. • Develop and maintain a scalable data architecture strategy, including data extraction from legacy systems, normalization, migration, and validation processes. • Configure and optimize Business Central modules including Projects, Service, Inventory, and Financials to meet operational and business requirements. • Oversee the integration between Business Central and Dynamics 365 CRM to ensure seamless alignment of customer, sales, and operational data for a large, multi-division sales organization. • Design and manage feature rollouts, system configurations, and comprehensive user training programs to support adoption and process efficiency. • Own the full ERP product lifecycle — from implementation and integration through to ongoing support and enhancement. • Build and lead a future internal ERP implementation and support team as company growth necessitates. • Establish and enforce data governance, reporting standards, and process documentation to support financial accuracy and operational visibility. • Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, operations, and finance teams to translate business needs into effective technology solutions. Stay current on Business Central and Dynamics 365 CRM product updates, industry best practices, and technology trends to continually improve system performance and functionality. Qualifications • 5–10+ years of experience implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) in multi-site, multi-company organizations. • Demonstrated experience with integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with Business Central in support of distributed sales teams and business operations. • Strong foundation in accounting principles and finance workflows. • Proven experience leading complex ERP implementations including system design, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support. • Experience working with external ERP implementation partners and internal cross-functional teams. • Exceptional project management, organizational, and leadership skills. • Ability to design scalable, efficient, and reliable data management and reporting solutions. • Experience with Projects and Service modules is highly preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; CPA or MBA a plus.
