The Systems Analyst (Power BI and ERP) will manage various technologies and systems, ensuring seamless operations and support across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in data structure, analysis, and reporting. Major Responsibilties: • Design PowerBI Reports that fulfill business requests, ensuring the visualization and reporting needs of the organization are met efficiently. • : Assist the D365 ERP Analyst in resolving service desk issues related to D365 Finance and Operations, contributing to the system's smooth operation. • : Administer and manage EDI systems, ensuring reliable communication and data exchange processes. • : Modify and support the D365 electronic reporting forms to provide robust support for this reporting functionality. • : Maintain and manage the barcode solution, ensuring accurate and efficient creation of barcode labels for warehouses. • Develop a detailed business requirements document from discussions with process owners, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders. • Evaluate project feasibility and develop ROI to assist with project prioritization. Articulate the pros and cons of alternative solutions with a focus on process and return. • Enforce a change control process throughout the project lifecycle, proactively monitoring and controlling any changes in scope, and gaining approval/resolution of any changes among all key internal and external stakeholders. • Analyze and implement recommendations for enhancements, improvements, and changes. Investigate issues encountered to get to root cause and propose / implement solutions. • Conduct and oversee quality assurance testing solutions prior to user acceptance testing. Partner with stakeholders to ensure that the documented scope and terms and conditions contained in the business requirements are met. Qualifications: • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting tools such as PowerBI. • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly D365 Finance and Operations, Dynamics, Microsoft AX, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. • Knowledge of EDI systems and their operational processes. • Experience in Microsoft SQL and managing databases in Azure. • Ability to understand database environments enough to establish connections for data output to PowerBI. • Willingness to learn and adapt to electronic reporting forms and barcode solutions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • In depth knowledge of business requirements, design, development and process tools, methods and best practices. • Experience with ERP/ functions in manufacturing & distribution modules, including warehouse management as typically implemented in D365 F&O. • Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and define objectives. • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, Copilot, Power automate.
