At TNDA Technologies, Inc., we are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions that align with our strategic goals and technical needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and security/compliance tools. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to assess functional and technical requirements, develop architectural strategies, and ensure the successful implementation of portable, scalable, and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities • Solution Architecture and Design: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of M365 solutions across multiple business units, developing enterprise-wide M365 strategies to enhance productivity, collaboration, and security. • Technical Leadership and Innovation: Provide expert-level guidance on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and related M365 services, evaluating emerging Microsoft technologies and tools to identify opportunities for innovation. • Stakeholder Collaboration and Business Alignment: Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions, engaging with leadership to align M365 initiatives with long-term business goals. • Governance, Security, and Compliance: Develop and implement governance frameworks for M365 services to ensure data integrity and security, implementing security best practices and ensuring solutions meet CUI compliance standards. Requirements • Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in M365 architecture, design, and implementation. • Certifications: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. • M365 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of M365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform. • Cloud Architecture: Expertise in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) integration, hybrid architectures, and M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations. • Security and Governance: Strong knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance solutions such as Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and DLP policies.
