IT & Network Support Specialist Location: North Plains, Oregon (Onsite, Full-Time) Reports To: Head of IT About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused IT & Network Support Specialist to join our onsite team of 20 users. You’ll provide hands-on support for staff and systems, manage hardware and device setup, and keep our network running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT issues at our North Plains facility, and work closely with the Head of IT and external specialists when needed. If you like solving problems and keeping systems running right, this role may be a great fit. Responsibilities • Provide onsite technical support (laptops, desktops, phones, printers, scanners) • Troubleshoot and support Windows environments (and occasional Mac devices) • Manage user onboarding/offboarding across business systems • Maintain local network infrastructure (Unifi switches, WAPs, routers, backup internet) • Manage VOIP phones (3CX): call routing, spam filtering, voicemail setup • Maintain and track IT hardware inventory and device lifecycle • Complete recurring IT tasks (patches, maintenance checks, backup verifications) • Ensure documentation is accurate and updated after system changes • Escalate complex issues to Head of IT or external experts Success Metrics (KPIs) • Acknowledge 100% of internal tickets within 1 business hour • Resolve or escalate 90% of tickets within 1 business day • Maintain 0 late tasks in ClickUp unless blocked or documented • Complete 100% of scheduled recurring IT tasks on time • Maintain a 90%+ satisfaction score in quarterly team feedback Our Tech Stack We use a wide range of tools across hardware, networking, SaaS, and automation.
