Job Title: Snowflake Admin with Azure Location: Pittsburgh, PA| Lake Mary, FL (Onsite Job - Locals Preferred) Duration: 1 Year Contract Must Have Skills: • Cost modeling, framework, use cases for different lines of business • Prefer Azure experience • Senior role - must have experience on the Snowflake Administration • Access issue • Query performing • CI/CD - Gitlab • Code in Python would be a Plus - must have Python • Data Engineering/DBA • Stored procedures Description: • In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: • Provide development effort for projects like Datamart's, Client Analytics. • Administrate Snowflake accounts and support Snowflake control plane to enable Snowflake tenants workloads. • Work in an Agile methodology to provide expertise and share the best software development practices with the team. • Collaborate with product owners, quality engineers and cross functional teams to provide solutions and solve design and architectural problems. • Ability to do quick proof of value for upcoming Snowflake cloud features. Must haves: • BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering. • Expertise on Snowflake is a must and should be able to administrate Snowflake DB and should know Snowflake Information metadata schemas and Snowflake internals. • CI/CD DevOps and work experience with Gitlab and automation. • Integrate snowflake with different BI tools. • SQL experience. • Distributed cloud services (preferably Azure). • Distributed data loading (Kafka, Snowpark, and Spark). • Working knowledge of relational and in-memory databases: Oracle, Vertica, and Hazelcast. • Must be well versed with authentication and authorization in cloud services. • Fluent spoken and written English.
