Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with business analysts to understand and implement solution requirements for stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with system security standards as outlined in Information Security guidelines. • Prepare and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and protocols. • Manage updates and modifications related to the Dynamics platform and associated technologies. • Create Power Automate flows based on defined solution requirements. • Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex incidents effectively. • Support the rollout and implementation of enhancements to platform and products. • Assist field users by addressing issues escalated to the operations team. • Translate customer requirement stories into detailed Dynamics solution designs. • Engage in Application Lifecycle Management encompassing design, development, testing, and deployment. • Communicate requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Collaborate consistently to develop and implement innovative Project Operations solutions for improved business outcomes. • Stay informed about emerging trends and features in CRM and MS Dynamics. Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in an Agile software development environment. • 3 years of experience in a DevOps SDLC team. • 2-3 years of demonstrated development experience with Microsoft Dynamics. • 2-3 years of experience with Power Automate and JavaScript. • Exceptional organizational and documentation skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Capable of interacting with all organizational levels and adjusting messages accordingly. • Proficient in documenting business processes, interaction and data flow, use cases, test cases, business requirements, and user stories. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Certification: Preferred Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platform credentials. Compensation for this role varies based on multiple factors, including office location, role, skill set, and experience levels, with a salary range of $70,000 to $110,000.
