The position combines agile program support, stakeholder collaboration, and technical execution, including support for dashboards and configuration management packages. The ideal candidate will have experience in federal financial systems, Tableau development, and Power Platform tools, as well as a strong understanding of SQL, SharePoint, and AWS environments. What You Will Do As a Data and Business Analyst, you will perform a variety of support functions for the ICE UDO Project, including leading coordination efforts, tracking program performance, and developing modern data products to inform leadership decision-making. You will serve as the UDO team lead and primary analyst, with both project coordination and technical duties. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate ICE UDO project team activities; conduct bi-weekly briefings with RSG leadership • Manage Jira ticket tracking, configuration management submissions, and meeting scheduling • Compile and submit the Weekly Activity Report and Monthly Report with input from the project team • Collaborate with customers to define change requests and ensure proper implementation • Serve as backup data analyst and support development of workflows, scripts, and applications using Power App, Power Automate, and SharePoint • Maintain and improve Tableau dashboards, including data connections to SharePoint and AWS • Write SQL queries and manage extracts to load and refresh data for application reviews • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into dashboards and tools • Perform ongoing data maintenance, system troubleshooting, and visualizations updates • Support compliance through routine IT audits and document development (SOPs, guides, etc.) • Lead or contribute to cross-functional team objectives, leveraging Agile principles and delivery cycles Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or project coordination role • Experience supporting government financial systems, ideally within DHS or ICE • Proficiency in Tableau development and dashboard maintenance • Working knowledge of SQL and experience managing data connections • Experience with Jira, SharePoint, AWS, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable insights • Strong documentation skills, including SOPs and quick-reference materials • Comfortable leading meetings, coordinating deliverables, and briefing leadership • Strong interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with federal IT compliance requirements and auditing • Demonstrated success working with multi-stakeholder programs and Agile teams • Prior experience delivering accessible (508-compliant) applications or tools • Experience designing front-end applications with PowerFx, HTML, or CSS Company Benefits • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. • 401(k) with company match. • Generous paid time off, including federal holidays. • Short-term disability benefits. • Employer-paid basic life insurance. • Monthly internet and parking reimbursement. • Training, professional development, and educational assistance.
