M365 Engineer DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the legal industry who require an M365 Engineer to join the firm in Birmingham. Responsibilities: • Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing L3 support across services managed by the Identity & Messaging team. This includes, but is not limited to, Microsoft O365 and Azure environments, tenants and cloud, Intune (MDM), SharePoint, Teams, Exchange (Online), Certificate management, PowerShell, Access management, and authentication. • Monitor and maintain Messaging & Identity systems services to high levels of quality. • Develop relationships with third-party providers. Experience: • Hands-on technical experience with Messaging and Identity management platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft O365 and Azure environments, tenants and cloud, Intune (MDM), SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Certificate management, PowerShell, Access management, and authentication. • Extensive experience with Identity Management and single sign-on (SSO) technologies. • Expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM), particularly with Intune, and Exchange Online • Experience in migrating from other platforms into the Microsoft ecosystem. • Third-line engineering background with the ability to troubleshoot deep technical issues. • Good understanding of MS Products and Licensing. • Good understanding of O365, Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, and Azure AD. • Ability to articulate technical scenarios and solutions in non-technical language. • Understanding of ITIL and other business and IT methodologies.
