We're searching for a Parts Administrator who will be responsible for assisting the Parts Department in handling daily operations and paperwork. The Corporate Inventory Administrator is responsible for keeping track of inventory, ordering, and managing reports for truck part inventory. Essential Functions & Responsibilities • Manages invoice process; print, posts and reconciles • Match packing slips and files accordingly • Maintains the DOT drive for all dealerships • Create purchase orders, verify receipt, and resolve any errors • Process parts orders for all dealerships • Place special orders and update CDK with details • Process warranty claims, resolve discrepancies and manage paperwork • Reviews parts receivable schedules and update report as directed • Runs various CDK reports, review and correct discrepancies • Other duties as assigned Education And/or Required Experience • Prior truck parts knowledge preferred • High school diploma or GED or equivalent • Must be detail oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation: $22-25/hr.
