As a member of the IT Operations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining environments in Azure, AWS and related systems. You will analyze and resolve problems associated with applications ensuring scalability and appropriate integration with other systems. You will detect, diagnose, and report problems with cloud infrastructure and services and proactively plan maintenance to ensure systems optimal performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, develop, and maintain systems that enhance our organization's efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Your insights and technical expertise will help drive our technology initiatives, making a significant contribution to our continued success. Training, Skills, Knowledge, And Experience • BS in Computer Science or similar degree, or equivalent technical certifications. • Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure Azure and AWS cloud environments. • Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate and automate Azure and AWS solutions. • Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, providing expert support and guidance. • Implement best practices for cloud security, compliance, and cost management. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure and AWS advancements and industry trends. • Proficiency in configuring, maintaining, and testing systems. • In-depth understanding of Azure and AWS services, with hands-on experience in AWS Management Console, Azure Resource Manager, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Identity, and Azure Governance.Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud services. • Strong expertise in Azure and AWS infrastructure, networking, and security. • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Power Shell, Terraform, Azure and AWS CLI). • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Relevant Azure and AWS certifications (Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Sys Ops Administrator - Associate, AWS Solutions Architect - Professional). • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities And Expectations • Maintain system documentation, including build documents, system diagrams, and procedural documents. • Own problems through to completion, keeping system users and management informed. • Communicate effectively, including writing, speaking, editing, and proofreading. • Listen and communicate effectively with team members, partners, and clientele, building positive and collaborative relationships.Preferred Skills • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to manage priorities and timelines effectively. • Aptitude for continuous learning and staying updated with technology trends. • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture. • Experience with cloud migration projects and hybrid cloud environments.System Management And Maintenance • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity. • Assist in managing Azure and AWS cloud services, including system administration and working with the infrastructure team on networking, storage, and compute resources. • Utilize monitoring and endpoint management systems to proactively maintain company systems and processes.Collaboration And Teamwork • Collaborate closely with the IT Operations team, supporting personal and professional development. • Engage in building a high-trust, high-performance team culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. • Independently analyze and work to solve complex technical problems collaboratively across teams to solve problems and share knowledge. • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, multitasking and reassigning priorities as needed.What We Offer • Competitive pay • Rich medical, vision and dental benefits with low premiums.
