Job Description: The Human Resources Administrator will report to the Human Resources Generalist and is responsible for provides general support to the HR Team, including processing of new hire/rehire/transfer/and termination paperwork and onboarding, HRIS data entry and system support, responding to inquiries and requests from internal and external customers, and updating internal databases while looking for opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiencies which includes successfully manage and accurately update a high-volume of data while also possessing a drive to develop their own foundation of HR knowledge and a passion for the HR field. Duties and Responsibilities: Process all new hires, rehires, terminations, and employment changes (promotions, transfers, title changes, etc.) in Company HRIS; ensure all data is current and accurate. Manage employee personnel records including creating digital personnel files, and responding to requests for employee documents for unemployment, verification, legal, payroll, and other related needs. Provide administrative support for employees onboarding including arranging required training, ordering IT equipment, collecting I9 documentation, issuing company swag, and acting as overall liaison between recruiting and the greater HR team. Update internal company documents, systems, and reports including organizational charts, distribution lists, uniform inventory, census data, training and development reports, orientation and onboarding attendees, and other reports and databases as needed. Receive, review and respond to requests for information for all unemployment notices and employment verification requests from third-party administrator. Handle incoming inquiries to HR department via telephone and email, ensuring that internal and external requests are routed and escalated properly to appropriate team members. Skills Required and Physical Demands: • Must be extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manipulate data within systems. • Clear communication skills, both orally and in writing. • ADP or HRIS experience. • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work demands. • High level of discretion and confidentiality. • Must be able to work from the office and be at a desk for extended period of time. • Additional skills and physical demands may apply.
