Job Details Full Time / Part Time: Full Time FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Business Unit: Treatment Reports to: Manager Travel Requirement: Yes – semi-monthly to the Permian Basin JOB DESCRIPTION Select Water Solutions is seeking an entry-level Reporting & Data Systems Administrator to assist in managing and maintaining our automated reporting systems. This role will support our existing reporting specialist by ensuring data accuracy, creating and auditing automated reports, and communicating with field operators about upcoming changes or new jobs. This position is critical in tracking and reporting water movement across our midstream infrastructure, including produced water recycling sites, frac water deliveries, and pit-to-pit transfers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and eager to learn. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to • Report Management: Ensure automated reports are generated and distributed accurately and on schedule. • Data Monitoring & Accuracy: Track flow meter data through SCADA and our Data Collection Tool (DCT) to confirm correct flow totals and data integrity. • Report Creation & Automation: Develop new automated reports using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools as needed. • Data Auditing: Regularly review reports for inconsistencies, errors, or anomalies and troubleshooting issues. • Communication & Coordination: Stay in touch with field operators to stay informed of new jobs, changes, or system updates that may impact reporting. • System & Software Management: Work with Aquaview, SCADA, and Microsoft Office Suite to organize and manage water flow data. • Redundancy Support: Serve as a backup for the primary reporting specialist, allowing flexibility and coverage for time off. Work Location This position has the flexibility to work out of one of our locations in the Permian or remotely in any state we currently operate in (TX, OK, LA, NM, CO, ND, WY, OH, PA). If this role is remote, there is required travel to the Permian Basin twice a month to remain connected with field operations. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: • Prior experience in reporting, SCADA systems, or data analysis, preffered. • Technical proficiency: • Excel (formulas, pivot tables, automation/macros a plus) • Power BI for data visualization and reporting • Aquaview & SCADA experience (or willingness to learn) • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.) • Strong attention to detail: Accuracy in reporting is critical. • Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and system issues. • Interpersonal skills: Comfortable working with operators, engineers, and internal teams.
