First day is on site at Columbus.Remote with possibility of onsite moving forward (as needed/requested)Need candidates to reside in nearby locations to accommodate onsite requests on short notice.SHORT DESCRIPTION:The selected Consultants will work closely with the designated I.T. supervisor, project managers, and other developers in an agile development environment. The work scope includes requirements gathering, application design, development, testing, deployment, and technical support. The Consultants will be responsible for new development and rewriting legacy applications to .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, .NET MAUI Blazor, Web API, SQL Server, and other technologies. The new applications will implement an N-tier architecture and adhere to coding standards. DETAILS:This position requires demonstrating competence and experience during the interview process. Candidates must have verifiable experience in their project areas, which will be reviewed and verified. Candidates lacking the required technical or functional competence may be rejected. REQUIRED SKILLS:10+ years of experience as a .NET Web Developer with at least 4 years developing ASP.NET Core MVC applications. 10+ years of ASP.NET experience with C#. 1+ year of developing .NET MAUI Blazor Apps. 2+ years with Microsoft C# .NET Core or .NET 5. 10+ years with SQL Server Database Design, development, and optimization. 10+ years developing applications using Entity Framework 4.0 or later. 5+ years creating design mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code. 5+ years consuming RESTful APIs. 10+ years of experience with WCF and SOA. Experience with N-tier environments, code repository strategies, and TFS. 5+ years implementing AJAX controls in ASP.NET Web applications. 5+ years developing reports using SSRS integrated into MVC applications. Keeping up-to-date with developments in web applications and the Microsoft ecosystem. Understanding secure coding practices for ASP.NET MVC. 2+ years of experience with TDD or testing strategies. 5+ years with Visual Studio, including 2+ years with Visual Studio 2019.#J-18808-Ljbffr
