Responsibilities: The Triple Point Team provides cybersecurity advisory and technical services for its clients, and the M365 Architect will serve as a primary contributor for their respective subject areas: • Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the Microsoft 365 environment. • Administer Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution lists, and mail flow rules. • Implement and manage security policies, compliance, and data loss prevention settings. • Monitor and optimize OneDrive for Business configurations and policies. • Intune configuration and management, applying best practices, and consulting on best approach for deploying applications, migrating/adopting Intune and managing policies. • Experience managing Endpoint Security technologies such as Microsoft Defender. • Provide expert-level support to end-users for Microsoft 365 applications and services. • Collaborate with teams to design and implement collaborative solutions using Microsoft 365 tools. • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate users on Microsoft 365 capabilities. • Promote best practices for effective collaboration and communication within the organization. • Automation and Integration: • Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes. • Integrate Microsoft 365 services with other third-party applications and services. • Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to enhance productivity. • Proficient at PowerShell scripting to streamline procedures and maintaining environments. • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services. • Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement preventive measures. • Collaborate with Microsoft support for complex problem resolution when necessary. • Maintain detailed documentation of Microsoft 365 configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. • Generate regular reports on usage, performance, and security metrics within the Microsoft 365 environment. • Recommend improvements and optimizations based on analysis of usage and performance data. Required Skills and Experience: Candidates must possess demonstrated skills and experience in the following areas to be considered for the position: • 3+ years of M365 ZTA Security Architect experience • Microsoft 365 Certified • Experience in managing and administering M365 applications and services.
