Responsibilities Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking an Analyst - IDM I. Overview: This role is integral to the cybersecurity team, focusing on ensuring authorized access to enterprise systems while preventing unauthorized access. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining IAM processes, procedures, and training, as well as performing administrative tasks related to user identities and access management. Responsibilities: • Serve as an internal consultant for IAM activities • Oversee user access provisioning, administration, and enforcement to ensure proper identification, authentication, and access rights • Utilize Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to manage external authoritative sources, IT controls, corporate policies, vendor management systems, and risk management workflows • Interpret regulatory standards and requirements impacting the organization and the security team • Collaborate with business units to understand and mitigate IAM-related risks affecting operations and controls Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience • Proficiency in Active Directory or related applications (LDAP, Azure, SAML, etc.) and user/group provisioning • Knowledge of operating systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and database applications • Experience with system reporting tools and applications (e.g., Splunk) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software • Ability to manage IT systems access and provisioning • Ability to enforce IAM policies and procedures • Strong public speaking skills as a subject matter expert • Ability to analyze and comprehend results from security assessments and their impacts Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of the energy sector (gas and electric) • Experience with IAM practices and audit procedures • Strong presentation skills Working Environment • Indoor work environment, operating computer and related equipment • Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer, and calculator • Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions, or other business-related events • After-hours work may be required; Overnight travel may be necessary The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
