Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr $150,000 + 10% Bonus (US) On-site, 5 days/week Location: Jacksonville, Iselin (NJ), Washington DC We are partnering with a global financial services organisation undergoing one of the most exciting engineering & data transformations in the industry. With over 45 years of market presence, this business is investing heavily in modern data platforms, automation, AI and advanced Azure tooling - and is building their engineering capability from the ground up. The Role You will contribute to automation and transformation of complex financial data systems — initially built for US systems and now expanding across European operations. You’ll be hands‑on building pipelines, automating ledger feeds, and scaling data platforms across global regions. Must-have • Significant hands‑on experience across the Azure Data ecosystem • Deep expertise with Azure Data Factory & Databricks • Proven ability to design & build clean data pipelines from scratch • 6–8+ years’ experience in data engineering • Relevant technical degree (e.g., Computer Science) • Confident communicator; takes ownership and leads delivery Nice to have • Experience with DBT • Insurance / financial services background • Evidence of long‑term growth with previous employers (not contract‑heavy profiles) We welcome applications from experienced Azure Data Engineers ready to step into a business‑critical, greenfield role.
