Project Description: We are seeking a Microsoft-certified I.T training professional with a strong background in end-user education for Microsoft 365 Enterprise E5 products. The selected individual will deliver a comprehensive, in-person, hands-on, exercise driven, classroom-styled trainings for a group of up to 8 non-IT employees at our non-profit office located in downtown Los Angeles, California. This project requires in-person delivery and will include a combination of: • Full-group sessions • Small group sessions (3–4 users) • Focused 1-on-1 training Key Training Focus Areas: Participants are new to Windows 11 ( NOTE: their user profiles do NOT have local admin permissions) and Microsoft 365 E5, so training should be structured for beginners and include real-world use cases to ensure strong adoption. Topics should include: • Windows 11 end-user orientation • Microsoft Outlook (basic and advanced features, integrations, etc) • SharePoint (document libraries, team sites, permissions) • OneDrive (cloud file management, syncing, collaboration) • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc. under the E5 environment) Our Objective: We want our staff to become confident and proficient users of all the core tools and features included in our Microsoft 365 E5 license. The goal is to empower employees to work more efficiently, collaborate effectively, and make full use of the platform. Ideal Trainer Profile: • Microsoft Certified Professional (with specific M365 credentials). • Demonstrated experience conducting corporate, in-person training for non-technical users. • Physically based in Southern California (preferably within commuting distance to downtown LA). • English speaker with patience, excellent communication, and presentation skills. • Comfortable tailoring training to different learning styles and group sizes. Logistics: • Location: Our office in downtown Los Angeles • Parking: On-site valet parking garage; we will reimburse validated parking receipts • Timing: Training to begin as early as Q3 2025 (July, August, September) • Schedule: Flexible across weekdays (Monday to Friday), spread over multiple days to accommodate full group and breakout sessions of various lengths of time over multiple scheduled days in Q3 (due to business activities, we will not be able to dedicate single, 8-hour work days to perform all-staff trainings).
