We have a role for a Junior Data Analyst with solid experience with MS Excel and 1-3 years of Data Analysis. This is working on phone data analysis (datasets will be extracted out of Cisco Call Manager and analyzed for recent use and flagged for non-use. Its a plus if you have previously experience analyzing networking data and with Cisco Call Manager but that is not required. Location: ONSITE Austin, TX (candidates must already live in Austin, TX) send proof of Address so either ID or utility bill Duration: 12mo plus Title: Jr. Data Analyst/Report Writer 1-3 years (try to send with 2+ years Experience with MS Excel and Data Analysis (this is junior level so even 1-2 years is fine but try to send with 2+ years) Job Description: Bachelor's Degree and experience with MS Excel with 1-3 years of Data Analysis Experience analyzing Networking phone data a plus but not required so will consider if haven't done this Experience using Cisco Call Manager a plus but not required Candidate will be working on phone data analysis for TxDOT locations across the state. Datasets will be extracted out of Cisco Call Manager and analyzed for recent use and flagged for non-use. Then the datasets will be sent to selected points of contact to review their reports and gain approval to remove underutilized or non-use records. Datasets will be shared with Network engineers to enter VoIP tickets into TxDOTNow. Audits will be conducted after tickets are completed to be certain tickets were actioned correctly. Monthly invoices will also need to be analyzed for accuracy. These are large datasets, so knowledge of the AI tool, Co-Pilot, is helpful or can be taught to analyze up to 16,000 records. Minimum Years of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications 1-3 years of Data Analysis/Report Writing Experience with MS Excel and Bachelor's Degree College graduate with good Microsoft Excel skills. Needs good analytical skills and attention to detail. May work with TxDOT point of contacts to analyze and validate the phone data for their site
