Our client is looking for Azure Data Warehouse Developer Title : Azure Data Warehouse Developer Location : Harrisburg, PA Type : Contract, Remote OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS The Architect is a senior level resource with advanced, specialized knowledge and experience in data warehousing, database, and programming concepts and technology. The selected contractor must have proven experience in the development, maintenance, testing, and maintenance of Azure production systems and projects. This position designs, develops, tests, and implements data lakes, databases, extract-load-transform programs, applications, and reports. This position will work with business analysts, application developers, DBAs, network, and system staff to achieve project objectives - delivery dates, cost objectives, quality objectives, and program area customer satisfaction objectives PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience working in the public health or healthcare industry with various health data sets. Required/Desired Skills Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience IT Application Development Required 12 Years Significant, hands-on technical experience with data lakes, data bricks, Azure data factory pipelines, and Python. Required 0 Significant, hands-on technical experience and expertise with leading the design, implementation and maintenance of BI and data warehouse solutions. Required 0 Expertise in using the SQL Server and Azure. Required 0 Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, scripts, queries. Required 0 Producing ETL/ELT using SQL Server Integration Services and other tools. Required 0 Experience with data formatting, capture, search, retrieval, extraction, classification, and information filtering techniques. Required 0 Experience with data mining architectures, modeling standards, reporting and data analysis methodologies Required 0 Experience with data engineering, database file systems optimization, API's, and analytics as a service. Required 0 Analyzing and translating business requirements and use cases into optimized designs and developing sound solutions. Required 0 Advanced knowledge of relational databases, entity relationships, data warehousing, facts, dimensions, and star schema concepts and terminology Required 0 Experience working in the public health or healthcare industry.
