Job Description This Senior Manager FP&A position plays a pivotal role in our finance team, responsible for creating actionable financial insights and forecasts that inform senior management's decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective financial strategies. Key Responsibilities The Senior Manager FP&A will be accountable for: • Developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. • Conducting thorough variance analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions. • Creating comprehensive financial reports and presentations to keep senior leadership informed. Requirements To excel in this role, you'll need: • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a complex business environment. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). • Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. • Exceptional ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. • Superior written and verbal communication skills to present financial information effectively. • Proven leadership experience in mentoring and guiding financial analysts. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle EPM, and other relevant software tools. Bonus Points Candidates with experience in ERP systems, advanced financial systems, or large corporations may have an added advantage.
