Job description and responsibilities: As Sr. Web Product Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to our web platforms and products to drive strategic decisions and optimize performance across our product: in Core, Sportsbook, and Casino and CX. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and contribute to the growth and success of our digital products. Responsibilities Data Analysis and Interpretation: • Utilize various analytical techniques to analyze complex data sets related to web traffic, user behavior, product usage, and performance metrics. • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business strategies and decision-making. • Generate actionable recommendations based on data findings to improve website performance, user experience, and product features. Reporting And Visualization • Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to stakeholders. • Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Implement automated reporting processes to streamline data analysis and reporting workflows. A/B Testing And Experimentation • Analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize website design, content, and product features. • Monitor test results and provide recommendations for iterative improvements based on test outcomes. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to implement successful test outcomes. Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with product managers, content designers, and developers to align data analysis efforts with business goals and priorities. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics for evaluating product success. • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support product roadmap planning and feature prioritization. Data Governance And Quality Assurance • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by implementing data governance best practices and quality assurance processes. • Identify and address data anomalies, discrepancies, and outliers to maintain the reliability of analytical findings. • Partner with data engineering teams to optimize data collection processes and ensure data availability for analysis. Essential Functions • Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time Requirements and qualifications: Qualifications • SQL trained. • Python or R Trained. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. • 3-5+ years of experience in web analytics, product analytics • Strong proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, or similar platforms. • Experience leading and developing a team of analysts, with a track record of driving performance and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks LaunchDarkly a plus. • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus. • Some knowledge of reporting tools, Tableau / MicroStrategy / Power BI or similar • Advanced use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint • Curious in nature • Good verbal reasoning skills • Articulate and confident when presenting the output of your work • Highly data and statistical driven
