We are seeking a skilled PHP developer to create an API that will facilitate two things: 1. Data synchronisation from Microsoft to Zendesk (periodic background task) 2. Output data in JSON format via HTTP protocol 1. Data synchronisation from Microsoft to Zendesk (periodic background task) Data synchronization between Microsoft (Graph API) and Zendesk. The API should allow for the seamless transfer of data in one direction (Microsoft to Zendesk). For now, this will mainly be used for synchronizing users in Microsoft to create contacts in Zendesk. 2. Output data in JSON format via HTTP protocol Certain data coming from Microsoft and Zendesk need to be output to JSON format based on incoming client requests. Think of all Zendesk tickets of a specific email address. -------------------- The ideal candidate will have experience with API development, data integration, and familiarity with both Microsoft and Zendesk platforms. We're looking for a long-term relationship where you will be our go-to guy for this API. This includes: 1. Further development (new functionality and/or process optimization) 2. Maintenance 3.
