REQUIREMENTS Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or endpoint support. Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF). Expert level knowledge of identity and access management (Microsoft Entra ID). Expert knowledge with patch management configuration and processes. Extensive experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS environments. Extensive hands-on technical knowledge of network systems, protocols, and standards. Strong written and oral communication skills. The Infrastructure Engineer I will be a key contributor to the Digital Workplace Team, supporting and enhancing the end-user technology experience across the enterprise. This role focuses on endpoint engineering, device management, and collaboration platforms, leveraging modern workplace technologies to ensure secure, efficient, and user-friendly digital environments. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, technically proficient individual with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in workplace technology. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Endpoint Engineering & Device Management Support and maintain Windows 11 and macOS endpoints, ensuring optimal performance and security. Configure and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and JAMF for MDM and compliance. Assist in lifecycle management of iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks, including provisioning, updates, and decommissioning. Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade endpoint security policies and protection frameworks to ensure robust threat mitigation, compliance enforcement, and operational integrity across all managed devices. Monitor and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities and ensure alignment with security policies. Support Windows endpoint configuration and troubleshooting via Microsoft Intune, utilizing Configuration Service Providers (CSPs) to deploy and manage device policies for security, compliance, and system settings. Microsoft 365 Ecosystem Provide operational support for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. Assist in user onboarding/offboarding and license management within Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize usage of Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Software Application Packaging Package and deploy software applications for inclusion in the Company Portal via Microsoft Intune. Ensure applications are properly configured for silent installation, version control, and compatibility with managed devices. Maintain documentation and version history for packaged applications. PowerShell Management & Scripting ?Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks, enhance reporting, and streamline device management. Use scripting to support bulk operations, configuration changes, and data extraction across Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments. Maintain a secure and organized script repository with version control and documentation. Active Directory Support Assist in managing Active Directory objects including users, groups, and organizational units. Collaborate with identity and access management teams to ensure proper integration with Microsoft Entra ID. Collaboration & Support Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital workplace technologies. Participate in project workstreams focused on modernizing and automating workplace infrastructure.
