Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SharePoint & Software Specialist to join our team who is motivated and a career minded person willing to wear multiple hats, be team oriented, enthusiastic, and dedicated to helping the company grow. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, managing, and optimizing SharePoint & Power Automate environments, along with functional knowledge of C#, VB, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, T-SQL, SSRS, and SSIS. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their needs and implement SharePoint solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions, utilizing the Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps. Customize SharePoint features and functionalities according to business needs. Ensure the security and integrity of SharePoint sites and content. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Support third party application installations, updates and troubleshooting. Including support for our legacy SharePoint 2016 intranet until fully decommissioned; performing updates and troubleshooting remaining workflows. (We will provide training to the right candidate) Ability to develop, maintain, troubleshoot and document custom processes, integrations and applications. Develop and maintain applications using C#, VB, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and T-SQL. Integrate SharePoint with other software and systems to enhance functionality and improve user experience. Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles. Support and design interfaces to various systems utilizing custom code, web services, and/or APIs (XML/JSON/RESTful/SOAP). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR equivalent college + work experience. 3+ years of experience working with SharePoint. Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and related technologies. Experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019. Must have knowledge of using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online Lists, Libraries, Sites, along with configuring permissions, and SharePoint Online administration. Proficiency in C#, VB, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and T-SQL. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Must have a desire and willingness for continuous learning. Preferred Skills Experience with Office 365, PowerShell, SharePoint Administration, Microsoft Power Platform. Knowledge of SQL Server, database management, and writing query performant T-SQL scripts. Experience with creating SSRS or Power BI reports, and creating/updating SSIS packages.
