We are looking for a Lead Power Platform Developer to guide and grow our Power Platform development team in Seattle, WA. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on solution design and development. As a technical leader, you will architect scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools and play a key role in mentoring developers, engaging stakeholders, and driving innovation across departments. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, identify use cases, and propose technical strategies • Architect integration solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure services, and external APIs • Ensure best practices are followed for security, scalability, performance, and governance • Define and enforce development standards, documentation processes, and DevOps practices within the Power Platform • Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of the Power Platform environment • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate sprint planning and delivery Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse • Proven experience leading technical teams or projects • Strong knowledge of Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, etc.) • Experience with modern development practices including ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong understanding of security models, role-based access control, and data governance Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect or equivalent certifications • Experience deploying and managing solutions in highly regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government) • Familiarity with CI/CD for Power Platform using Azure DevOps or GitHub • Background in software architecture or solution consulting
