Responsibilities:Design, maintain, and optimize end-user systems using Intune management.Deploy and manage end-user operating systems (Windows 10/11) with security standards.Implement robust security hardening measures for end-user systems.Develop and deploy applications to end-user systems, ensuring seamless integration.Spearhead Proof of Concept (POC), design, and rollout of new tools enhancing end-user experience.Provide advanced troubleshooting support for end-user systems as part of level 3 or above teams.Develop and deploy automation scripts to streamline end-user system processes.Participate in on-call rotation for Level 3 support once per quarter. Qualifications:Proficient in end-user operating systems, particularly Windows 11.Expertise in user profile management.Strong understanding of Intune administration and user profile management.Experience with Endpoint Privilege Management tools such as CyberArk EPM, Intune, Beyond Trust, etc.Knowledgeable in monthly patching procedures for end-user systems.Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards for endpoint systems.Advanced scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, with a focus on improving end-user experience.Extensive experience with Azure Identity and Endpoint Management.Understanding of Agile methodologies.Proficient in documentation and technical reporting.Experience migrating to Windows 11 in Autopilot environments and Hybrid Azure Active Directory Joined environments.
