Position: Senior Business Intelligence Developer Company: Loenbro LLC Department: IT Wage Range: $110,000 - $130,000 Location: Westminster, CO Loenbro is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to work closely with our Vista/Viewpoint (ERP) Administrator and our IT Systems Analyst/Developer on system integration, data warehouse, and Power BI dashboard projects. We are looking for a highly motivated, career minded, Developer to support our daily operations and work on projects that will continue to improve and align our systems with our changing operations. This position is will also assist in providing support for the Vista application as well as training new employees on Vista, training employees on new and add-on modules in Vista, as well as working closely with operational team leads, IT, Finance, HR and Accounting to provide support for their business functions including end of year financial reports and state and federal filings. Job Duties • Diagnose and provide creative, timely, and effective solutions to processing errors • Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to SQL Server, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C# • Create Power BI dashboards and maintain technical documentation for dashboards • Responsible for updating and maintaining existing reports, as well as work alongside the IT Systems Analyst to assess and assist with developing new reports and Power BI dashboards • Analyze data anomalies, determine source of problems, recommend and oversee implementation of sound corrective actions • Evaluate user requests for data and system access against the existing data environment and security model • Perform database administration, development, and reporting in Vista • Guide and create specific Vista reports, processes/workflows, and system modifications to support company objectives • Research, design, and recommend solutions to business or project specific needs; plan the implementation and rollout of the proposed solutions • Assist internal users with questions and problems related to software • Create and deliver routine and requested reports using Crystal Reports • Responsible for ensuring training documentation is created and kept up to date, including procedural manuals, training videos, best practice documents, etc. • Collaborate with software developers on integrations projects and Power BI dashboards • Collaborate with Vista (ERP) Administrator on integration, workflows, and data projects • Provide on-call support and ticket queue resolutions • Perform other work as assigned to ensure the success of the team • Monitor application use to ensure optimal performance • Test the release of product updates to minimize user impact and ensure compatibility • Ability to provide hands-on training and end-user support • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability • Other duties as assigned Job-Related Experience • Experience with MS-SQL reporting tools is required • Proficient in SSIS and its use in data integration and processing including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) • Familiarity with cloud technology, particularly Azure • Experience with Microsoft Office application usage is required (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience with vendor interaction and management is preferred Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent • Moderate MS-SQL skills • Intermediate knowledge and experience with Power BI • Experience handling customer technical support calls • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to actively listen to and understand concerns • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize issues, and monitor and report on progress • Ability to work in a team environment • A self-starter with the ability to fulfill a variety of functions without direct supervision in a dynamic and demanding environment • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time Preferred Experience • Experience with Vista by Viewpoint (Tremble) • Experience with MuleSoft and/or other middleware integration tools • Experience with Crystal Reports • Experience with Salesforce CRM • Experience in Agile Application Development Benefits: Loenbro offers a competitive salary, benefit package & perks to those who join our team. • Health Insurance – Up to 80% of the Employee portion paid after 60 day waiting period • Health Savings Account (HSA) optional enrollment • Paid Time Off (PTO) after waiting period • 401k eligible after 90 days of employment • Employee paid Dental, Vision and Life Insurance • Other benefits include but not limited to an EAP, Telemedicine and a 24/7 Nurseline We Are “Leading The Change” In The Energy Services Industry.
