Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer for a 6-month contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud consulting, expertise in Azure services, and hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Azure Bicep. You will work closely with our team to enhance our cloud infrastructure and support our on-prem data center integration. Key Responsibilities: • Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud solutions. • Utilize Terraform or Azure Bicep for infrastructure as code (IaC) deployments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud architecture strategies. • Provide consulting expertise to optimize cloud performance and costs. • Manage on-premises data center resources and ensure seamless integration with cloud environments. • Implement DevOps practices to automate deployment pipelines and improve CI/CD processes. • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues as they arise. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer or similar role. • Strong consulting background with a focus on cloud solutions. • Proficiency in Terraform or Azure Bicep for infrastructure automation. • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD). • Familiarity with on-prem data center operations and integration with cloud environments. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
