About the Role:We are seeking a senior-level Tech Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise-grade solutions across our pharmaceutical business units. This role combines product ownership, technical leadership, and hands-on development, with a strong focus on automation, compliance, and scalability.Key Responsibilities: • Lead architecture, development, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O) and Power Platform solutions. • Design and support scalable automation using Power Apps and Power Automate across business units. • Implement and manage Power Platform environments, licensing, connectors, DLP policies, and reusable components. • Integrate Dynamics with ERP, LIMS, MES, SharePoint, and other third-party systems. • Develop backend automation using Power Automate for bulk updates, SharePoint/O365 integration, and Dataverse operations. • Drive DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM Accelerator. • Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and security best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor developers and partners. Required Skills & Experience:Power Platform & Dynamics Expertise: • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform governance. • Strong understanding of Power Platform environments, licensing, connectors (CDS and non-CDS), DLP policies, and security roles. • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O) and Power Platform Core Framework. Technical Proficiency: • Strong development background in Microsoft .NET, C#, SharePoint, O365, and Azure services. • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and modern authentication. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub). Leadership & Communication: • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and build strong client relationships. • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect or Dynamics 365 certifications.
