Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and development. • Design and implement CRM solutions based on business requirements. • Define logical, technical, and physical architecture of the CRM platform. • Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and third-party systems. • Lead customization, configuration, and deployment of CRM features. • Assist with data migration activities. • Document requirements, workflows, and system designs. • Provide user training and technical support for Dynamics 365 CRM. • Prototype and present demo solutions to stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with analysts, PMs, and technical staff for project planning and execution. • Perform QA, testing, and troubleshooting of solutions. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Minimum 7 years of overall IT experience. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development. • Experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, and Web Services. • Proficiency with Dynamics 365 APIs, SDKs, and customization techniques. • Strong understanding of CRM architecture and data modeling. • Solid experience with SQL and data migration processes. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience. • Full life cycle experience in CRM development projects. • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint integration. 74U2xtN0cV
