Overview This is on premise role. No hybrid option available. We are seeking a Windows System Administrator with a strong background in enterprise infrastructure support. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting Windows environments in a corporate setting, a solid understanding of infrastructure workflows, and the ability to collaborate with engineers on escalated issues Responsibilities • Handle Level 1/Level 2 tickets for the Infrastructure team, escalating to engineers when needed. • Administer and maintain Active Directory (user accounts, groups, permissions, GPOs). • Document issues, solutions, and procedures to strengthen team knowledge base. • Collaborate with Systems Engineers and Infrastructure staff to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in IT support or administration within an enterprise infrastructure team. • Microsoft Professional Certification (MCP, MCSA, or equivalent required). • Experience supporting servers at a user/admin level (not engineering). • Familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred). • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills. • Some college coursework in IT or related certifications preferred. • Must be onsite daily (no remote options). • Must be able to pass a background check.
