Job Description: • In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. INTAKE: Top Skills: • 7+ years of relational database engineering with SQL • 5+ years of SSIS experience • 3+ years of C# • Autosys scheduling • Agile Preferred Qualifications: • Integrating CRM’s like Salesforce or MS Dynamics. • Cloud computing (Azure) Devops • Experience with alternative ETL tools like Informatica, in case the need arises • Python • Position is budgeted through end of year after a previous resource reached tenure. Additional need depends on the amount of additional projects they get. • Should understand how devops works, but will primarily work as SSIS and SQL developers. Helps if they have Python, PowerShell, other such technologies. • Support multiple CRM’s that are distributed amongst different offices in the enterprise for CCIB. Do data migrations from one system to the other, support a lot of reporting. Follow data release processes. Don’t want each member of the team to be dedicated to one project, can create bottlenecks. Have people rotate projects based on availability. Different apps have different release schedules to work around. • Will work with 7 other engineers on the team. Fully hands on development, a core developer. A lead engineer on the team is responsible for any leadership, this person should only expect to be coding. Should be ok with supporting releases that extend into nights and weekends. • Will participate in daily stand-up calls. Should speak to roadblocks that they’ve hit, issues that they’re seeing. • Banking experience isn't necessary but it helps. JOB DESCRIPTION: • Thorough understanding of DEVOPS tools like TFS/Azure Devops • Experience working with tools like Visio, DrawIO, etc. • Experience working with PowerShell and C# • Knowledge and familiarity with MSDYN data structures • Excellent communication skills • Experience with cloud services a plus (Azure specifically) Responsibilities include: • Design and develop SQL Server Stored procedures, T-sql queries, views and functions • Experience working with SSIS packages with thorough understanding of importing data from multiple sources including files and databases • Analyze the requirement and develop strategic plan to import and transfer the data between source, staging and destination systems • Create release documents and support build and deployment process across different environments • Troubleshoot the ETL processes to identify any blockers or issues • Follow and maintain the standard practice for code depository and branching • Understanding of DevOps tools such as TFS/Azure DevOps, Jenkins • Overseeing overall systems testing including SIT and UAT. • Analyze complex business requirements and provide technical specifications • Providing support during off-hours/weekend during production deployment and UAT Required Qualifications: • 7+ years of software engineering experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience in database design and development using SQL Server (2017 and higher) • 5+ years’ experience designing and optimizing complex SQL queries involving table joins and correlated sub-queries on large scale data tables • 5+ years of experience in SSIS packages • 5+ years of experience leading technical development teams • 5+ years of experience with different data sources such as RDBMS, JSON, XML and file data • 7+ year’s Relational Databases (SQL Server/Oracle) experience • Experience in C# to understand ,add/ modify script tasks within SSIS Desired Qualifications: • Experience with other ETL tools • Experience in Azure Synapse, Fabric • Experience in creating automated test scripts • Experience in using GitHub CoPilot • Familiarity with Python, PowerShell • Experience in job scheduling tools such as AutoSys, SQL agent • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Banking industry experience • Experience with cloud integrations, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM clouds. • A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology • Experience communicating with business partners and project managers EEO: “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
