Azure Data Engineer job at Tekishub Consulting Services. Houston, TX. Job Title: Data Engineer Location: Houston, TX (onsite day 1) Rate: $60/hr. Interview process: 2 rounds of skype/Teams call Important: It will be work from office (minimum 3 days in week) and Candidate should be willing to come to Houston on Day 1 after selection. Role Synopsis: Work directly with the client gathering requirements to align technology with business strategy and goals. Essential experience and requirements: Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to support enhancements for data warehousing and business intelligence systems. Perform system and data analysis to design and document solutions effectively. Serve as an SME in designing, developing, implementing, and managing reports, dashboards, and report bursting upon load completion. Lead a team to implement Azure Databricks and Datafactory while optimizing run processes. Demonstrate expertise in AWS and Azure administration, process flow, and cloud migration. Assist users with data queries and perform root cause analysis and bug fixes for issues as they arise. Participate in disaster recovery exercises and ad hoc enterprise system testing. Assist with technical migration and upgrade plans, including conducting code review sessions. Provide training to end users on new functionalities and serve as a point of contact for ad hoc report development.
