Description We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure Administrator to support a multi-site enterprise environment in the plastics manufacturing industry. This long-term contract position is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in networking, virtualization, and system administration. The role offers an opportunity to work with advanced technologies and collaborate across diverse teams. Responsibilities: - Configure, manage, and troubleshoot networking systems, including Aruba and Cisco switching, routing, and wireless technologies. - Maintain and optimize Palo Alto and Fortinet systems, such as Prisma SD-WAN, FortiGate, and FortiClientEMS. - Oversee and implement Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager to ensure network security and access control. - Manage Azure virtual networking and infrastructure within a cloud environment. - Support VMware ESXi 7 in multi-site configurations to ensure high availability and system efficiency. - Administer Microsoft server operating systems, ranging from 2008 R2 to 2022, along with Active Directory and Office 365 tools. - Collaborate with teams to manage Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and related applications. - Utilize tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Outlook for documentation and reporting. - Communicate effectively with all organizational levels and across cultural boundaries. - Provide technical support for enterprise systems and ensure smooth operations across multiple sites. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure administration within a multi-site enterprise environment. - Proficiency in Cisco routers and networking technologies. - Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms like VMware ESXi and Azure. - Knowledge of firewall technologies, including Palo Alto and Fortinet systems. - Strong understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft server environments. - Familiarity with backup technologies and configuration management tools. - Ability to deploy and manage computer hardware and software systems. - Excellent communication skills, with experience working across diverse teams.
