A company is looking for a Systems Administrator II to manage and support client networks remotely. Key Responsibilities Proactively monitor and manage client networks using advanced tools Accept and resolve escalations from Level I Administrators, sharing knowledge and best practices Provide technical support to users and assist with hardware installations and minor repairs Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field 5+ years of experience in network/system administration MCSE certification required; A+ and OEM equipment certs preferred Familiarity with ASTEA, VMWare, M365, and Azure Linux experience is highly preferred
