Responsibilities: • Deliver on-site technical support, including system installation, servicing, and repairs • Perform quality checks on equipment prior to deployment • Resolve hardware and software issues, including upgrades and maintenance • Ensure issues are escalated appropriately to relevant service areas for further investigation and resolution • Support walk-up users and maintain vending and locker IT systems Basic Qualifications: • 3+ years of field support experience • Strong background in hardware/software installation, support, and troubleshooting • Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 • Experience imaging PCs/notebooks using SCCM • Familiarity with iOS devices • Experience with ticketing systems and issue tracking • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Work Environment: • Office setting • Walk-up kiosk support • Vending and locker equipment maintenance
