Summary: As part of client’s Innovation Banking Division, the Sales Operations Associate will work within our Operations Team to support the Venture Capital Relationship Managers by capturing and inputting critical client information and data and providing reporting and analytical support to the teams. Here’s what you can expect: As a Sales Operations Associate, you will help with data entry and analysis, reporting, meeting and events preparation. Tasks will include the comprehensive collection, upkeep and analysis of critical client and prospect data in various data repositories and dashboards including CME and other repositories and dashboards. Activities include: Market share analysis Investor 360 material preparation for portfolio reviews Select repetitive CME data entry Bio preparation for executive meetings. Other tasks as required. Key Responsibilities: Assist with end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics, and delivering regular insights to the business Define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management and operational requirements Analyze and glean important insights from operational data to provide strategic recommendations to the Sales & Operations teams on how to streamline internal processes Partner with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc requests, projects, and critical issues as needed Own CRM data quality maintenance and deliver long-term workflow recommendations to ensure highest standard of CRM quality Supporting teams with key documents, such as business plans, call preparation packages, and key reporting deliverables for leadership Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM data and MNPI access regarding clients / individuals/ divisions Skills: 1 – 2 years of experience working with Relationship Managers or Sales members, and providing data-driven insights Highly proficient in Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint Proficient in data analysis and/or strong use of data software (Tableau, SQL, etc.) Strong cultural fit; ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Education: Bachelor's degree About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
