Job Summary (System Engineer Level 2 – Productivity Tools) • Serve as a Senior Collaboration Engineer specializing in Microsoft Teams administration, engineering, and support for enterprise environments. • Manage and configure Microsoft Teams, including policies, integrations, reporting, monitoring, and advanced enterprise settings. • Design, deploy, and support audio/visual (AV) solutions for conference rooms (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms). • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Azure Automation to improve system efficiencies. • Integrate and automate workflows using Graph API and SharePoint REST API. • Deliver advanced troubleshooting and 3rd level support for productivity tools and collaboration platforms. • Create and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and deliver training to end users and staff. • Stay current with developments in collaboration technologies and recommend new capabilities to leadership. • Collaborate with architects and senior leadership to propose and implement new solutions. • Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and administrators. • Work in a hybrid environment with at least 3 days per week onsite in Richfield, MN. • Ensure compliance with ITSM processes (e.g., ServiceNow) and maintain high operational standards for M365 services. Required Skills • 5+ years deploying, managing, and administering Teams & SharePoint in Microsoft 365 Admin Center. • 3+ years supporting AV technologies (Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms). • 3+ years operational support with M365 services (OneDrive, Power Platform, Microsoft Office, etc.). • 3+ years scripting (PowerShell), Azure Automation, and working with Graph/REST APIs. • Experience with ITSM tools and processes (ServiceNow). Preferred Skills • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. • Experience with Azure Active Directory (dynamic rules, conditional access, automation). • Project leadership experience using standardized methodologies. • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and end-user computing technologies. • Familiarity with NexThink for enterprise monitoring and support. Other Details • 7+ years total IT experience required. • Local candidates only; recent local project experience required. • Hybrid role: 3 days onsite in Richfield, MN. • Interview process involves hiring manager, senior IT manager, and peer engineer.
