Software Architect LeadLocation: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)Experience Required: 10 – 15 YearsFulltime Role SummaryAs a Senior Engineer / Technical Lead, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-impact software solutions. You will apply modern technologies and methodologies to solve complex business challenges and provide architectural and leadership support to development teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end technical design and development of enterprise applications • Propose and implement modern software solutions for complex business needs • Prepare necessary technical documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture • Facilitate and resolve complex issues while managing technical escalations • Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and support team mentorship • Advocate best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and system design • Drive UX improvements and Release Management processes • Work closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid model Core Competencies • UX Design • Application Development • Release Management • Application Design & Architecture • System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Technical Troubleshooting • Agile Methodologies Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Work Experience: 10–15 years in relevant application development and leadership roles • Work Authorization: US Citizens / Green Card holders only • Technical Leadership: Demonstrated experience guiding teams, resolving blockers, and delivering scalable solutions Nice to Have • Experience with AI/ML, Cloud Integration (AWS/Azure/GCP), or working in Financial Services • Familiarity with process automation and domain accelerators
