Position: IT Security Engineer (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Azure, SIEM, TCP, UDP, Wireshark, ISO, NIST) NCCOR-679016 The City of Raleigh is seeking an individual with good security acumen, an understanding of current technology/processes, and a positive mindset for our Enterprise IT Security Engineer position. REQUIRED/DESIRED SKILLS • Enterprise domain experience: Required - 3 Years • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI: Required - 3 Years • Experience with cloud environments such as Azure: Required - 3 Years • Experience implementing, maintaining, and operating a variety of SIEM tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, antivirus, DLP, etc: Required - 3 Years • Experience in all phases of cyber incident response: Required - 3 Years • Experience in incident response process development and execution: Required - 3 Years • Understanding of networking concepts and configurations: Required - 3 Years • Understanding of varying networking protocols (TCP, UDP, SSH, SSL, etc.): Required - 3 Years • Demonstrated knowledge with Endpoint protection solutions: Required - 3 Years • Expert understanding of varying security applications (Wire Shark, Meta Sploit, etc.): Required - 3 Years • Understanding of common security frameworks (ISO, NIST): Required - 3 Years • Understanding of varying industry data security standards (PCI, HIPAA, etc.): Required - 3 Years • Strong understanding of parsing, analyzing and identifying events through security logs: Required - 3 Years • Strong written and verbal communications skills including the ability to influence and delegate: Required - 3 Years#J-18808-Ljbffr
