Position Overview: The Senior Power Platform Full Stack Engineer is a crucial technical role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, encompassing Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and integration with external systems. The Senior Engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to create dynamic, user-friendly applications, automated workflows, and data visualizations that empower users and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive solutions within the Power Platform, focusing on scalability, performance, and user experience. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and UX/UI designers to transform requirements into technical designs. 2. Power Apps Development: Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps that cater to diverse business needs. Create responsive, intuitive user interfaces that enhance user interaction and productivity. 3. Power Automate (Flow) Workflows: Develop and automate complex workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes, notifications, and approvals. Integrate Power Automate with various data sources and systems. 4. Power BI Reporting and Analytics: Build interactive, data-driven dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making. Design data models, transformations, and aggregations for effective data representation. 5. Integration and Data Connectivity: Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems, databases, APIs, and services to ensure seamless data exchange. Implement data transformations and data cleansing as required. 6. Back-End Development: Develop back-end components and APIs that support Power Platform applications and workflows. Implement business logic, data processing, and data storage solutions. 7. Security and Compliance: Implement security measures, access controls, and data encryption to ensure the protection of sensitive information. Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards. 8. Performance Optimization: Optimize Power Platform solutions for performance, responsiveness, and efficient data processing. 9. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor the health and performance of Power Platform solutions, identify issues, and troubleshoot to maintain operational excellence. 10. Continuous Learning and Innovation: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Extensive experience as a full stack engineer, specializing in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Proficiency in front-end development using Power Apps, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. Strong back-end development skills with experience in APIs, data processing, and business logic. Expertise in SQL, Power Query, DAX, Power Automate expressions, and integration patterns. Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and performance optimization. Familiarity with data visualization best practices and UI/UX design principles. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
