Job Duties:Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# .NETOptimize and manage SQL Server databases to ensure high performance, reliability, and securityImplement security and data protection measuresTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issuesParticipate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processesStay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends and latest .NET releasesQualifications:Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of engineersProven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar roleStrong proficiency in C# .NET and Microsoft SQL ServerExperience with RESTful API design and developmentKnowledge of database design, optimization, and performance tuningFamiliarity with version control systems (Git)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesEducationBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Experience 10+ years’ experience as a Backend Engineer and 5+ years managing peopleStrong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and experience with Azure SQLExperience with Microsoft Azure services such as App Service Plans, App Services, API Management, Azure SQL, Application Insights, Azure Data FactoryExperience with Azure DevOps and building pipelines and releasesExperience with test driven development and building unit testsExperience with implementing single sign on solutions
