Brief Description We are seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft PowerApps Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, designing, and implementing applications using Microsoft PowerApps. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency. Responsibilities • Develop and Design PowerApps: Create custom business applications with Microsoft PowerApps to meet organizational needs and user requirements. • Integration and Automation: Integrate PowerApps with various data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, and other APIs. Develop workflows and processes using Power Automate. • User Interface Design: Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience and ensure accessibility. • Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during development and post-deployment. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the development process, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals. • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the developed applications. Offer ongoing technical support and maintenance as needed. Qualifications • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related experience • Experience: Proven experience in developing applications using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and other components of the Power Platform. • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in the following areas: • Microsoft PowerApps • Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) • Common Data Service (CDS) • SQL Server, SharePoint, and other data sources • API integration and custom connectors • UI/UX design principles • JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (preferred) Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Soft Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Certifications: Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or related technologies (preferred).
