Essential Functions: - Essential Functions: In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include: - Develop Full Stack Applications: Build software in a SCRUM environment using C#, JavaScript, SQL, and JavaScript/Typescript frameworks like Angular. - Embrace Best Practices: Consistently apply best practices in software development, including Code Reviews, Unit Tests, and CI/CD processes, leveraging them every day to ensure high-quality code. - Perform Code Reviews: Conduct mutual code reviews within your team to maintain high standards and ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase. - Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with teams, scrum masters, and product owners to align development efforts with project goals and timelines. - Action-Oriented Development: Quickly translate ideas into actionable implementations, demonstrating the ability to move swiftly from concept to execution. - Strong Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas, provide feedback, and collaborate with team members. - Creative Problem Solving: Provide innovative and creative solutions to complex and challenging problems, ensuring the development of effective and efficient software solutions. - Scalable Development: Ensure the development of scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant systems capable of handling high transaction volumes, with a passion for excellence in software development. - Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs Minimum Requirements: - Solid experience developing Angular 14+ applications. - Solid experience developing in C# and .Net Framework. - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and related web design tools. - Extensive experience with RESTful API design and implementation. - Strong understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms. - Solid knowledge JavaScript/Typescript and SQL - Minimum of 5+ years industry experience, including development of robust, scalable micro-service back ends - Minimum of 4+ years of experience with the Microsoft tech stack - Minimum of 3+ years using Microsoft SQL Server and writing advanced queries - Experience delivering a product to market using Agile methodologies - Creativity, motivation, and a strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: - Practice Management experience - Scheduler tools experience - Angular 16 or newer preferred - Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps experience - Healthcare or Healthtech experience - Experience with HL7- FHIR - Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to financial transactions and healthcare data (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA). - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - Microsoft MCSA 2016 or equivalent certification. - Experience working with a Software as a Service development team Working Environment/Physical Demands: - Remote - Work from home - Activities require a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor. This interview includes 3 questions and should take less than 15 minutes to complete. - Talent Acquisition Screen:When a candidate is selected to proceed forward after the One-Way Video Interview, they will receive an invitation and link to self-schedule a 30-minute TA Screen. - Hiring Manager Interview:When a candidate is selected to proceed forward after the TA Screen, they will receive an invitation to be scheduled for a 45–60-minute Hiring Manager Interview. - Assessment:When a candidate is selected to proceed forward after the Hiring Manager Interview, they will receive an email including the Take Home Coding Challenge. This challenge is completed by the candidate and submitted 3-5 days after receipt. Upon receipt, the team will evaluate the challenge and determine the next steps. - Team Interview:When a candidate is selected to proceed forward after the Assessment/Take Home Coding Challenge they will receive an invitation to be scheduled for a 60-minute team interview. - Final Selection:When a candidate has completed the Team Interview, the interview team will evaluate their decision to hire.
