What you'll be doing: • Conduct US and International billings • Assist in preparing travel and entertainment billbacks to clients • Support CET and clients with AR inquiries • Set up the Company as a vendor for new clients • Support with revenue and accounts receivable analysis • Lead timely invoice collection efforts • Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies • Ensure that policies and procedures are followed • Anticipate ongoing requests to maintain effective systems and procedures and actively contribute to systems and process improvement • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential • Other duties as assigned What we look for in you: • Required: 3 + years of accounting experience (Prior AR/revenue experience is a plus) • Required: Knowledge of Salesforce • Required: Microsoft Office, ERP (NetSuite a plus), and business systems experience • Required: Excel knowledge, with demonstrated knowledge of pivot tables, formulas, shortcut • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in accounting • Basic understanding of GAAP • Ability to work well and communicate with others • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize workload according to volume, urgency, etc. Our differentiator is - Our People!
