Our client, a leading public safety technology company, is seeking Solution Architects for an initial one year contract with high likelihood of extension and/or conversion to FTE. The Solution Architects will work remotely, with occasional travel to one of their hub city offices, and will support software deployments by executing data standards conversions and system integrations using internal tooling platforms that are used for schema mapping, data transformation logic, ETL workflows, and validation/testing. Working closely business stakeholders, internal leads, and engineering teams, the Solution Architects will manage project deliverables, document technical workflows, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data transformations during software implementations. The role involves a balanced mix of customer communication, technical configuration, documentation, and internal coordination, with (limited) oversight provided by lead Architects. Required Skills • 5 – 15 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Implementation, Systems Integration, or similar roles • Background in SaaS deployments, enterprise software rollouts, or public safety technology implementations • Strong experience with APIs and system integrations (REST/SOAP) • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with relational data structures • Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data mapping for structured data migration projects • Familiarity with Azure Data Studio or SQL Server Management Studio • Basic to intermediate experience with Python • Intermediate comfort with Visual Studio or a similar IDE • Strong Communication skills and experience gathering requirements, building documentation, and guiding customers through testing and validation Preferred Skills • Background working with law enforcement, CAD/RMS systems, or public sector agencies • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (ADF) • Experience with C# or Java • Exposure to AI-based data transformation tools
