Job title: Dynamics 365/Power Apps Developer Location: Durham,NC(Onsite) Duration: 12+ months Contract Note: Either Webcam Interview or In Person Some local travel may be required in the performance of the work. Candidate want to be local to RTP This is an Onsite Position Responsibilites: The primary purpose of this position is to provide senior-level system management,configuration, administration and support SSRS application deployed at NC which implemented in Microsoft Power Apps platform using Microsoft Dynamics365.Position should demonstrate skills in Microsoft Power Apps platform, MicrosoftDynamics365 and the ability to work under a tight timeline. Responsibilities includeworking with both mid and senior-level business executives and IT personnel torefine and execute program requirements. Candidate should have extensiveexperience implementing solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MicrosoftPower Apps platform such as Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages. Thisposition is responsible for planning, designing, development, enhancement, andmaintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions/applications. The candidateshould have significant knowledge in Dynamics CRM Best Practices,Entities/Tables, Workflows,configurations, Business Process Flows, Portals, customdevelopment, integrationd evelopment, Reporting, Dashboards, Web Resources,Power Automate, Power Pages,Power BI, Dataverse and CRM Solutions FileManagement. Proficiency in Power Platform concepts and methodologies, includingModel driven Apps.The candidate should perform system administration, businessand workflow process modeling, and business systems integration based on a highdegree of knowledge and experience using Microsoft Dynamics framework. Thisrole should design and add code to the repository, troubleshoot system issues andperform day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure MS Dynamics is optimized tomeet business goals. • Create and modify views, entities, reports in Dynamics in a DevelopmentEnvironment,test same and publish to Production • Create and modify Flows, Solutions and Gateways in PowerApps in DevelopmentEnvironment, test same and publish to Production • Create and update Dynamics Security Roles in the system and modify as needed. • Create, modify and Publish Microsoft Power BI reports.Perform data analysisusing Excel, Power Query, and other tools to support reporting and analytics needs.Implement security measures and ensure data is presented to the appropriateaudience through role-based access. • Work with DIT staff on tenant level changes. • Work with DHHS staff on application specific issues encountered. • Create and modify Power Automate (Flows). • Support the connection to external applications if applicable • Ensure integrations have access to Production assets including CDS,PowerApps,Azure, and Exchange/O365. • Export solutions from Dev environments as managed and import into UAT andProduction • This position requires an extensive level of business/business applicationknowledge, a specialized/advanced technical skill set, or extended experience in aspecialized/advanced technical skill set. This position will provide rapid applicationdevelopment and system administration/configuration support. • This position requires independent initiative and action in decision making,analysis,design, programming, and troubleshooting arenas. Duties also include: • Participation in strategic and tactical planning with Business Partners,Vendors, andorganizational unit management participating in project planning and estimating efforts consultation and planning for specific modifications and enhancements toproduction applications/information systems • Monitoring technical effort activities for adherence to schedules, milestones anddeliverables monitoring efforts for quality assurance and adherence to state, departmental anddivisional standards and procedures application/information system assessment and performance monitoring to avoidpreventable interruption of production and to provide optimum quality service to theclients Required Skills: • Significant knowledge in MicrosoftDynamics 365 as a seniorDeveloper. • Significant knowledge in PowerPlatform concepts andmethodologies. • Significant knowledge in PowerApp and Power Automate forsystem integrations. • Significant knowledge in PowerApps portal, portal managementand web role configuration inPower Apps 'portal management' • Good communication skills bothoral and written and ability tomaintain effective workingrelationships with end users andstaff. • Power App Web applicationdevelopment with experience inModel driven app. • Experience in SolutionArchitecture, Web application and/ or implementation of CRMsolution including Development • Experience in administeringMicrosoft Power Pages, MicrosoftModel Driven Apps, MicrosoftPower Automate • Experience in Microsoft .Net core,C# and JavaScript • Knowledge of Azure ActiveDirectory. • Knowledge of Azure Build andRelease pipeline to automatedeployment process forDynamics/ Power Apps • Experience in MicrosoftDataverse. • Experience in Power BI reportsDevelopment. • Visual Developer Tools includingXRMToolBox, Plug ins, RibbonWorkbench and REST Builder forAPI calls • Previous experience working withState government.
