Skills and experiences Skills and experiences • Confident communicator who is able to explain technical terms to non-technical audiences and mentor junior colleagues • Demonstratable end-to-end experience in Data Engineering, including large-scale projects • Experience turning business use cases into technical solutions and experience in business process mapping for data and analytics solutions • Ability to conduct data profiling, cataloging, and mapping • Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL DW, and Azure SQ, experience with Git/TFS/VSTS and mastery of .NET C# and T-SQL; familiarity with U-SQL • Demonstrable end-to-end experience in Data Engineering, strong team collaboration skills, experience working with remote teams and experience leading large development teams and large-scale projects About you About you Characteristics that can spell success for this role • Analytical, curious, agile, you are a team player and good communicator • Problem-solver, patient, quality-driven • Self-motivating, with an innovative mindset Compensation for roles at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Washington as set forth below.
