Palmer Group has partnered with our client in their search for an experienced Software Engineer – Power Platform with AI expertise to join their innovative technology team. In this senior-level role, you will support business users in enhancing productivity within the Microsoft Platform, as well as lead technical teams in implementing innovative solutions. You will also drive the design, orchestration, and maintenance of Copilot and M365 agents, implement effective workflow automation, and cultivate a strong culture of citizen development within a dynamic, business-critical setting. Work model: • Hybrid What you will do: • Develop, implement, and launch M365 and Copilot agents optimized for enhancing business productivity • Oversee agent orchestration and implement monitoring to guarantee high performance for super users and citizen developers • Empower domain experts through training and coaching to become competent citizen developers • Partner with teammates to assess use cases and ensure feasible, effective automation initiatives • Support internal teams with ongoing guidance, promoting Power Platform best practices • Assist with automation projects and productivity initiatives • Provide support for basic Power BI needs as needed What you will need to be successful: • Experience as a Senior Developer, including recent hands-on development of Copilot and M365 agents for business settings • Strong background with Microsoft Power Platform development (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.) • Skilled in agent orchestration and environment management to support business operations • Effective at training and mentoring non-technical users to become citizen developers • Experience with productivity and automation solutions • Basic understanding of Power BI preferred • Effective communication with a collaborative approach Benefits overview: • 401k • Major health insurance • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Interested and qualified candidates can contact Nick Siepker at (515) 225-7000 or via email at nsiepker@thepalmergroup.com.
